Name of company/service: Beam Fiber – Internet Services
I am using internet for 15 years and I would want to let people know and beware tehm of Beam Internet services. I paid for 6 months package and from day 1, I had technical issues with them above all after paying for service even for activation i have to request them and for technical issues they don’t respond even for 3 or 4 days. When I asked the process for cancellation they have given all the information and took request for cancellation and full amount refund.
But now there accounts department call me and say there will be no refund, whoever told me that I will get refund gave a wrong information, i can’t cancel but instead i should transfer so that they get a new customer. When I didn’t agree, they are asking me to meet there manager at banjara Hills office when i have taken the connection at Himayatnagar office. They are not even giving the name whom to meet saying that there company norm do not allow them.
I have taken the connection on June 25, didn’t use for even 24hrs and they have taken payment of 2340/- for 6 months, They don’t not give good service, not willing to refund money, they are showing a hell.
i was to lose my job if I were to use there services.
they are just looting public.
