Hello sir,
I took the connection 5 months back. It was a 2 months plan. I had hardly used it for 15 days and after a month I get a call saying that your bill is due. How can be there a due in prepaid service?
There is no response from the executive who gave me connection. When I call to the customer care they dont even listen.
And the most worst part was yesterday I got a call saying that I am advocate of TIKONA. You need to come to Delhi court within 1 hour. To cancel the complaint pay the bill or come to court directly.
This is pure kind of fraud marketing activity and I want to take a serious action against them.
