Hi, I bought a Strontium 8 GB pendrive online from Snapdeal for Rs 251.00 cash on delivery and it truned out to be defective I informed Snapdeal about the same and requested for a replacement and was told they are not reponsible and it is stated on their website, They instead directed to an office of Strontium in Lmington road to get the product checked and replaced, out there the person plugged the device into his computer and then gave me a receipt and asked me to call after ten days for the replacement. I am a working man and cannot spend time running behind these people for the replacement and moreover why should anyone go thru this trauma. My reason for this complaint is that I seen alot of people come there with the same issue of products bought online and I felt that this is a scam and it has to be stopped. Someone has to stop Snapdeal form selling defective goods online and cheating buyers, they should be rsponsible foe the defected product. I want a refund for my money and an apology for this trouble I have had to go thru.I also want to sue them and would like to know the procedures, I think it’s high time the common man says no to all these rip offs. details of my purchase is as follows:-
