I have been using Tikona broadband for almost 2 years now. And during this duration, I have registered hundreds of complaints regarding loss of connectivity, frequent disconnection and slow speed. Every time i call, I am given the same excuse of either weak tower connection or problem with the roof top device. Even after calling them each week and asking for a permanent solution, I am faced with a slow connection and frequent disconnection EVERY DAY.
If i am paying the full amount, why shouldn’t i get the entirety of the promised services?
