Escalation for Delay delivery and misbehave

Hi,
This is regarding the commitment failure and misbehaving of service provider .
Agarwal speed link put.Ltd, quoted me 33k for relocation from Bangalore to Pune as I have taken separate loading .
6 th June 2015 I have called up them for the delivery .
Repeatedly I have called up and everytime they have said today or tomorrow things will reach to you.
11 th June 2015 I called up their different no and they misbehave with me with rude words.
Today 12th I called up several times and they told me truck have reached pune, things will be delivered in the evening, atlast 9 pm when I called repeatedly neither they have responded my call nor my things has reached to me.
I don’t understand the scenario .
Why they are charging such big amount to play with customers sentiment and why they don’t have any responsibility to update the status of service .
I don’t know when they will be delivering my things and why should I pay for separate loading when they have already taken one week.
Kindly look into the matter sincerely and resolve the issue ASAP through proper step.
