Tikona Digital netrworks asking to pay bill for unused net

Name of company/service: Tikona Internet

Dear Sir/Madam,we have taken Tikona digital network and used for months.after that we asked them to disconnect our connection but they didn’t.so i have sent the mail to disconnect my connection.but they generated the bill for 2 months and send to us.now they are saying that they are going to put a case on us which is not fair.
