Tikona Broadband threatening calls

This is regarding the threatening calls I’m receiving from Tikona Broadband lawyers. I’m really fed up of this and hence writing his complaint.

Saurav Gujral and Ankita Sharma posing as lawyers from Delhi TIS Hazari court have been calling me for past couple of weeks, they would start with my address and then would explain about the case with details like I’m due some amount with Tikona Broadband and they have decided to file a court case against me in Delhi, and before doing so they would say that I have an option to settle this case out of court by making the payment through tikona.in website my entering servide Id.

Tikona has shared all my details with this fraud recovery company. this issue is of grave concern and I would request TIKONA to look in to this matter.

Upon further research I have found that TataDoCoMo and MTS customers have also received similar calls from the same fraudsters. And some customers have even made the payment in panic.

I’m thinking of intiating leagal action against TIKONA Broadband service
