I got tikona broad band connection on 15-10-2011.i paid 1000 rs for the connection (500 for the device and 500 for the current month bill).I was told that i need to pay 499 per month for the service with unlimited download,but after 2 months i.e on 15-12-2011 my bill generated for 1756 rs when i talked to the tikona customer service they said that your plan is not for 499 rs. I have the recorded converation between me and the tikona service provider as proof. They even tried to threatened me to pay the bill.
