My Name is Vinodh Kumar Shanmugam I got Loan from Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd, after repaying all my loan dues they now imposed late payment fee that they never intimated before, they use to collect the dues by their representatives, even after calling them many times they will not come in time(By 5th of every month) they use to tell the reason that they dont have enough staffs. Now the Problem is even though they came late to collect the due amount, now they forcing us to pay the penalty amount of about Rs.4000. I told them I cant pay i am going to complain in Consumer forum. You pls do the needful in this regard.
