i have installed a wi fi device from tikona .i had paid rs 2000 for a new device the technican from tikona installed a old device and very first day it faied to work.i have called tikona help desk no action has been taken from their end i had installed this device on friday 17th aug 2012 i would request them either install a new wifi device or refund the money on my next bill by tikona .please look into the matter
