sir my name is satyam shukla,
i had bought a online air ticket from make my trip website on 02/08/2012 and cancel the same ticket in very next day.after canceling the air ticket i called to makemytrip toll free number for refund my money after deduction the cancellation charges.they assured me that my refund will get back to me within 5-7 working days. i said ok.
after completion of 7 working days i received only the 7434 Rs. but the actual cost was 28856 after all the deduction. again i called to makemytrip customer care, and explain all the detail. then the company told me that your rest of the money will be return to me within 24 hours. after 24 hours i did not received any money from the company. next i called them, and now they are saying that my money will return to me after 1 week.
sir the company is making fraud with me, they are not giving my 20422 Rs.and giving my silly excuses.please do something as soon as possible.
