Name of company/service: Kingfisher Airlines
I had booked on a confirmed basis on Kingfisher airlines 6 tickets – 2 on Kingfisher website and 6 on make my trip.com. Purchase was done on my credit card and in due course all payments made by me.On enquiry I was told that the refund note was not recieved by the credit card companies and is till date. Even kingfisher airlines and make my trip has not reversed payments made – now it is more than 7 months and I am not having a GOOD TIME.
