Not reparing my handset which is pending more than one & a half month back

Dear sir i am compled to write to you because of the indiffrent atitude of the nokia care.it has been a more than a month scince i have been trying to get my handset back properly servced but insted of delivering my handset serviced they are wasting my time in techinical formalities just to give you one instance of it – when i caiied to them they said to wait for ten days to counduct the techenatlities of battery swap with the new one, after ten day when i again called them they asked to wait for ten days, this has been thier response to my constant repetad petetions to them they all have fallen to their dead ears & now this all has been going on scince more than one month so just imagine thier casual atitude to someones woes i request you to please have a look at my problem as i think they will again make an excuse to stay quit for another ten or more days on my being furious on thier relenless delay they simply dont attend to my calls now sir just imagine how long can anybody tolarate this level of barzeness.they have taken for granted of coustmers time money energy as it can be observed by their absouletely irrisponsible approche to just to swap the batterie which is taking more than a month so please sir do somethinh substaintial si that i can get my handset being set free from their claws please act swftely to my consern!!
