I have asked the customer service executive to cancel my ticket and get a new ticket booked for the next week. She asked me to make a payment and told me that she would book the ticket. I made the payment accordingly but she did not book my ticket. I had to rebook my ticket next day and make full payment. I want to file a complain against Yatra.com for causing me a lot of harassment. I had to pay Rs 7260 which was unwarranted as it was there fault that they did not made the booking on time despite me following their instructions.
