I had bought 2 holiday packages worth Rs.6999 from Book My holidays.
The Order ID of the 2 packages are 1018247799 and 1018247776.
I had also made a payment of Rs 450 for each holiday package through net banking and sent the holiday vouchers to the address mentioned.The vouchers have been delivered as well.I had also sent an scanned copy of the two forms through e-mail.
The Order ID of the payment of Rs.450 are 1018318637 and 1018319345.
It is extremely saddening not to get any reply or confirmation mail from your side.Even when they did,they accepted one form and said that they won’t be able to entertain the second form.
Later,they requested me to change my holiday destination of the form they accepted.They pleaded as they didn’t have any other facility available(even though the terms and conditions say something else). I obliged on their plea.
They later called to tell that I would not be allowed with my friends in the hotels.The only way that I can be allowed to avail the package is if I take couples with me.I was not ready with the offer(as there was no such terms and conditions in the offer). I declined to the offer to which they asked to refund the money which I gleefully accepted.Now, they neither gave me any of the holiday packages(in spite of complying to all the terms and conditions)nor refunded the money.
It is an extreme case of fraud.
Though I had known and heard about such cases of Debauchery by the BAG IT TODAY group but I refused to believe as it is a subsidiary of the INDIA TODAY GROUP.
But, I am seriously offended and feel extremely cheated.
Such fraud companies should be banned and people should be thwarted from there.
