ticket booked by refused by staff to board

Dear,
I booked a ticket from Abhibus.com site with SRS travels.
When i went there ,i was refused to board it.
I lost my planned journey,my time and my money too.
Wonder why it all happened,?? Just because the website was operated by mobile and its male/female option was freezed to ‘Female’??
I was very bluntly told on arrival ,by the bus service person and even your staff that no refunds,no adjustments.
SRS TRAVELS at kachiguda expected me to go their HO physically.
They made me literally beg for my seat ,for which i had already paid.

I expect and hope that, for this petty amount ,you wont let my faith wash away from a brand like abhibus.com

FYI – I am writing this mail sitting at one corner of Hyderabad, in a hope that i would still find some bus to Bangalore 🙂
