REFUND

I had gone to VIBES THEATRE ROAD branch to avail free service coupons. On the contrary I made a rupees twelve thousand deposit thro my debit card for a weight loss programme. Soon after I developed serious health complications and underwent a gall bladder surgery at COLUMBIA ASIA HOSPITAL< KOLKATA. Post operation I had developed serious problems and my surgeon has advised me to avoid any exercises of physical nature. I had applied for a refund after attaching all necessary documents related to my surgery and heath.Presently I am taking inhalers and on medication. The authorities have not bothered to mail me a reply even though I have sent them many reminder mails. I had visited them just two months back and they have told me verbally in a very rude manner that they will not refund the amount. They ere asking me to utilise this amount on other cosmetic products and services. My health will not permit me to travel all the way to Theatre road and most importantly I cannot afford to spend rupees 12000 on facials skin and hair treatment. I am just an ordinary home- maker with twin school-going children. PLEASE HELP!
