ticket amount is not refunding

Name of company/service: www.yatra.com

sir/mam,
we have taken a tour package from yatra.com of and the person who confirm our tour is akashdeep singh sodi but when we are comeing from leh to delhi our two ticket of mrs.anita jain and somya jain was not there in emergency we have to buy ticket of Rs. 33474 and when we come back to home we call akashdeep singh sodi but he is not recieving call and we talk to manager and senior of him they also not taking any action of these matter and now these matter is completing one month
i have all the document related to these
i humbly request you to see it pls
