NO SERVICE BY HITACHI IN SPITE OF AMC AND REGISTERING OF COMPLAINT

On 16.07.2012, a complaint was lodged vide complaint no. GHA 12071601602 for our window air conditioner (under AMC) for non-functioning (no light)of AC and malfunctioning of remote.
The following is our experienace with Hitachi:
When nobody turned up till 17.07.2012, we called up Customer Care (helpline service) of Hitachi, only to be told that it is barely 24 hours. Call will be attended within 48 hrs
On 18.07.2012, we took up the matter Custoemer Care (helpline service) of Hitachi, who that the complaint is being forwarded
On 19.07.2012, we took up the matter Custoemer Care (e-mail service) of Hitachi, who responded positively but no action was taken
On 18.07.2012, we took up the matter Custoemer Care (helpline service) of Hitachi, who that the complaint is being forwarded
On 20.07.2012, we took up the matter Customer Care (e-mail service) of Hitachi, no response
Since 16.07.2012 to till date (every day) we have made several calls and mails to help line as well as Customer Care of Hitachi, but AC has not been repaired yet. How to ensure service by Hitachi?
