Threatining Calls from delhi ( TATA Docomo )

Name of company/service: TATA Docomo Hyderabad.

Dear Sir,

My name : B.Shashidhar babu

My Numbers : 8885532568 and 8885532569

In January i have taken these CUG sims from on of your sales executive (Purna Chander his number is 8886918498)

From day one itself in these two numbers one number (8885532569) is not working (sim card regestration failed). I had mailed to you on 25 Jan on this regard.

After few days bill generated for not used(simcard registration failed) sim. This number used by some unknown person.(sim is with me, but used by some other person)

Bill Cycle for 23/01/12 to 22/02/12 : bill for this sim is 247 Rupees ( this amount is setteled by your agency (pinnacle ameerpet)

Bill Cycle for 23/02/12 to 22/03/12 : bill for this sim is 1712.60

The agency number is : 04065795093 (pinnacle agency, Ameerpet)

I blocked this number (8885532569) after seeing the Jan 23rd to Feb 22nd bill.

Tell me the solution.

Subject – Concern raised wrt Billing -Mobile No: 8885532568 and 8885532569

This is further to your e-mail correspondence and the telephonic conversation you had with Ms. Sheela with regard to Billing.

At the outset, please accept our sincere gratitude for the time taken and effort made by you, in sharing your concerns with us. We assure you that your feedback will help us in our endeavor of achieving service excellence.

In response to your mail we wish to record the following:

· You have raised a concern related to Billing on 02-Apr-2012.

· We have verified your account details and found that, there was a usage made towards the number 8885532569 for Voice, DATA and Roaming and the bill got generated on basis of the usage made. No billing issue has been found.

· However, based on your concern we have initiated to the appropriate escalation level and an amount of RS 1712.60 which was charged towards 8885532569 will gets adjusted into your present invoice and the same would reflect in the next billing cycle. We request you to kindly clear the remaining outstanding amount of RS 146/- in order to avoid inconvenience.

· Also, please to inform you that, based on your request cancellation request has been raised for both the numbers on 11-Apr-2012 bearing request numbers: 305120555, 305120283 and he same is in process.

· As per the process, number will gets disconnected permanently within 15 days from the date of disconnection. We regret for the delay in response as we were trying to pull out the details for validation.

With the above, we trust we have clarified and addressed the matter adequately.

And i am recieving calls from Lawyers and Police department from New Delhi, to pay my bill.

The nodal office is clearly mentioned that i need not pay amount.

====I had forward this mail to one person(TATA Docomo’s Leagal Department person regarding NOC======Here is his reply===

Dear Mr. Shashidhar,

Regret the delay in responding. The account is settled and we are working on processing the waiver and N.O.C and due to certain technical issue we are held back. This will get closed in 1st week of July’12.

Please do not worry, you need not pay a single rupee more towards the below account.

Dear AP Legal Team,

Please ensure customer doesn’t get any letter in future.

But still i am getting thretening calls from delhi. As a normal human being what can i do? with these kind of threatining calls from delhi.

They call me and ask that i have to attend in Delhi High Court with in half an hour.

Is it possible to go Delhi within half an hour??? from hyderabad.

Why TATA Docomo people are not taking any action regarding this issue.

Please try to solve my problem.
