Regarding MMS services

Location/place: Vishakapatnam

Name of company/service: Vodafone

I HAVE CHANGED TO VODAFONE FROM AIRTEL (MNP) RECENTLY. MY VODAFONE SIM
GOT ACTIVATED ON 8th MAY 2012.WHEN I PLACED SIM IN MOBILE PHONE MMS AND INTERNET SETTING GOT INSTALLED AND WITHOUT MY INVOLVEMENT MMS MESSAGES HAVE BEEN SENT FROM MY MOBILE AND MY BALANCE GONE NEGATIVE. I M USING SONYERICSSON C-510 MOBILE AND I DON’T KNOW HOW TO SEND MMS. I HAVE COMPLAINED THE SAME TO NEAR BY VODAFONE OFFICE BUT THE RESPONSE IS NEGATIVE. I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY CHECK THE DETAILS AND REVERT MY BALANCE.
