i used mts 2 G connection. after the 3g launch the 2g speed went extremely low. hence I requested mts to upgrade my plan or cancel it. They refused to cancel it and upgrade it.(MTS bangalore – hormavu road) , the mts office is not there any more in the above mentioned place. Now i get a call from some one called ranvir vats from delhi threatening me to pay 2000 rs or come to the delhi court. HE has sent a letter across with 403 405 406 and 420 penal codes. i tried contacting the MTS consumer dept and i have received no response from them.
