Dear Sir/Madam
I purchased new XOLO phone from Cellunet outlet at Bistupur, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Immediately after 1 month when we tried for using front camera we came to know that it is not working. We reported to Cellunet shop they said it has to be send to service centre for software update of Kit kat. But the problem did not solved we have send our new mobile to service centre for software update 3 times.
Now finally they are asking that it has to be repaired. How a new phone will be going for repair?. I have spoken to service head Mr. Sunil Kabadwal & he ensure will provide new mobile if problem is not resolved by software update. From last 7 days he is not picking my phone not responding to messages.
Kindly extend your support & provide the new Mobile or refund my money.
