Respected Sir/Madam
I Abhay dwivedi having HDFC bank credit card (5176521008798656), due to some some personal problem i was unable to make my card payment.
I am receiving call from recovery department from Naraina New Delhi from some Mr. Sharma regarding card payment. Any how i am ready to settle credit card but Mr. Sharma is forcing me to make payment without any written document or any mail communication, he is continuously forcing me to send branch for payment towards my card number.
He is calling my neighbours and threatening them and saying that i have taken loan on their property papers, EVEN I AM READY TO SETTLE MY ACCOUNT but he is not giving any kind of settlement document.
NOW IT IS WORST CONDITION FOR ME EVEN I CAN TAKE ANY KIND OF ACTION TO ME DUE HARASSMENT GIVING BY MR. SHARMA.
So please do the needful, give me letter/mail for settlement so i can make payment.
