The samsung mobile model S 5263 which I bought 3 months back, when i am charging a usb symbol appears on the screen on 1.7.2012.
I gave it for service to the above center and they have taken for service vide order Bill No 5009 stating that the charger pin is water logged so it is to be replaced.
On 5.7.2012 i have collected the cell and found the problem was not rectified even after changing the pin. They charged me Rs.370/- vide BillNo 973 dt 5.7.2012.
They also keeping the mobile and said it willbe rectified in two days . But still( up to 24.07.2012) they have not returned the cell. Today at 2.00 p. they called me and told the mother to be changed. It will take some time. For the past twenty days every day i used to go the centre in the morning and evening.
