I have taken connection on 26/February/2012 by paying 2400 for 6 months connection, plan ADULH300K. But after receiving the bill, I came to know that connection was given for only 5 months i.e till 26/July/2012 and around 383rupess were due from tikona side.
Till July end, I was thinking that I will get connection till 26/July and I was planning to terminate the connection. But after seeing tikona service messages, I logged in to my system in first week of August and was surprised to see still the connection is there, as it was supposed end by 26/July. Then I called your billing department and asked for the reasons. Then they said that tikona renewed my connection for further more 6 months and I have to pay remaining amount i.e: 2017rs(2400rs-382rs(due amount)). I felt bit strange, as my connection was renewed with out my notice. At that point i was in no mood to continue the services, so I asked for termination of my account and refund of my money i.e: due 382rs. Later I changed my mind and decided to continue the services. After couple of calls/mails, tikona offered to pay 1618rs(2018-400(wavier amount)) and renew the connection. Due to some personal reasons I could not renew the connection. Mean while some tikona guys called me to pay the amount where I said I could not pay at that moment due to personal reasons.
Suddenly in October I got message from Tikona saying my connection is terminated. And some guy came to my house to collect the equipment where I said some due amount(i.e: 382rs) is there, please settle that. I was expecting call/mail from tikona regarding further discussions on amount settlement and collection of equipment.
Strangely I got demand notice from Tikona on last Saturday i.e: 10/Nov/2012 to pay amount of rs 962 with in 10 days otherwise legal action will be taken. I was terrified and didn’t understand why i should pay 962rs without using services. I called customer care twice, and didn’t get proper answer. One guy said its backend team who generates the bill and they don’t have much idea.
Later I got threating call from some number asking to pay 1717 rs, otherwise Tikona will put me in jail if I don’t pay the bill. Reported issue to Tikona, where I got same famous answer ‘we will resolve issue soon’.

Now day before yesterday(on 25/9/2013) I got a call from 8505020435, stating that “we are advocate Name some Chaudhary from Delhi High Court, your tikona bill payment of around Rs.1700/- is pending. Tikona had filed charge sheet of sec 420, 437, 448 in high court. We will settle the case if you pay the above amount in 1 hour.”
Since first day i am asking for explanation of my bill whcih tikona is not providing, instead sending notices and threating customers.
