Non delivery of vehicle.

Dear Sir/madam,

I booked Ford Ecosport Trendline Panther black color at Jaipur K.S ford on 22.08.2013 and made the complete payment , as per service advisor he commited that the vehicle will be deliver me on 05.10.2013 but now the service advisor told me today that your vehicle cannot be deliver.
I am requested you to kindly resolve my case and hand over my vehicle at the commitment time , as the complete payment has been made in favour of the dealer.
