Threatening

Dear Sir/madam,
I am Ramakrishna from Hyderabad. I have Hathway internet from Nov-2011. At the time of installation, they told me that as unlimited with free installation, but in document they have mentioned that as 10Gb only. After two days i have seen that and after one month in december i got a call from hathway for payment for payment, at that time i told them to remove connection, for that they told me that one of their person will come and removes, but no one had come.
In january 2012 also i got a call for payment and same thing happened, no one had come. Again it happened for next two months also.
I told them in those conversations also as only i will pay for first two months, it is your mistake as you are not disconnecting even after my intimation to customer care official who called me for payment every month.
On july 25th i got a call again form them. And i told them disconnect connection, i will pay for two months only as i am telling since last december for disconnection. Later i have not received a call.
But today, on July 29 th i have received a threatened call form them, make payment otherwise we know how to get money from you. They told me that they will send some people tomorrow to my home and they will not go out until my payment.
I told them since last December about disconnection. If you not disconnect, i will not pay except for first two months. But they are threatening me now with illogical manner as is there any documented evidence for disconnection. But i asked for disconnection every time when i got a call form them, and you can check my request of disconnection form conversations happened from them and my self as i got calls from official customer care number.
