MTS not providing Port out facility

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: MTS

For the past 5 days I’m following with MTS Customer care for Porting out facility and the customer care is providing with wrong timing. Today is the 5th day I tried sending the SMS to 1900, but getting delivery failure from my MTS mobile no.

MTS is not even registering a complaint against this issue.
