they are charging me unfair bill amount

my name is sunny kashyap and my phn number is 9971763926 sim number is 17004814963 on 19/5/2013 i have taken vodafone postpaid connection as one of their executive has explained me the details of your postpaid connection that in postpaid we have one plan in which you can choose any vodafone number free of cost then i told their executive to send me your executive and then on that day their executive ramesh came and took the payment from me and then he wrote the number which i wanted to be free which was 9871168408 on my postpaid form which he brought along with him and then he said that within 24 – 48 hrs your sim will get activated and that number will be free and after 15-20 days when i tried to inquire that how much is my bill and their executive was telling a big amount and i told him that one number is free as i have been told by one of your executive but he said that no its not free then he told one code to enter in a phone so that the number could get free i did that and on 31stmay the number got free now tell me that all my mximum calls are on that number which i asked to get free and now my outgoing are closed and i didnt even recieved the hard copy of my bill and why i was charged earlier on that free number as allready i was told that this number will be free during the time of taking the connection this is totally unfair and they have to payoff my overcharges vodafone people are fooling me and taking the unfair bill payments you must do the needful and fix my issue and clear my overcharges else ill not pay these overcharged amount on my bill
