Complaint regarding cheat and fraud Airtel sales executive Dhananjay@Bangalore (mobile no. 8147083084)

Name of company/service: Airtel

I would like to log a complaint against your sales executive at Bangalore:
Name: Dhananjay
Mobile: 8147083084

I applied for a broadband connection (Airtel 8Mbps) and submitted the documents to this guy more than 20 days ago along with Rs. 500/- as the installation charges.
I already have a 2Mbps connection and made it very clear that I would be interested in the Airtel connection only if they can provide me the 8Mbps connection. This guy promised the connection within 3 days.

Application no # TBLR640155
Complaint no. # 34261286 (logged on 17 June)

And then the nightmare began. Since then I’ve been repeated trying to get a status on my connection or refund. Now this executive says “you can simply forget your money” !

Airtel is simply cheating customers. And the sales/customer care is PATHETIC !
NOT SURE IF YOU ARE IN THE TELECOM BUSINESS OR IN THE BUSINESS OF LOOTING AND FORGERY !

    No response from Airtel.
    All mail ids they have provided bounce back.

    No response on the complaint logged via telephone a week ago.

    On what basis is the complaint resolved?

    I didn’t receive my money back. No response from Airtel yet.
    You frauds !

    The Airtel buggers have closed the complaint
    Complaint no. # 34261286 (logged on 17 June)

    I haven’t received any reponse till date. The complaint cannot be reopened.
    No response on my money ….
