Ther are charging money for anything they want

hi ,this is Rahul…m totally fedup with reliance..they r charging money for the value added services which i havnt activatd…and i am unable to call customer care bcoz they hv blocked my no. ….so plzz take some action against them…they r doing fraud with customers…my no. is07877298688
