Goods for courier not delivered

Hello sir, I have placed some goods for courier with DTDC courier services indrapuram on 12th of February. But still it’s not delivered. And they are making silly excuses that plz mam give us 2 more days to find out where it has reached. And sometimes they say that aap ka packet mil nahi raha hai. What to do now. Plz help me.
