15 Days Back i Subscribe for Nokia C2 00 mobile, but didn’t received yet but it has to be delivered on 16 June 2012 as per the committed date, i called many times to customer care but they are not suppose to tell correct status information even if i spoke to their superior. and it has done through EMI option but total amount has been deducted in my bank account. i have asked them how to cancel the order if i am not received i didn’t see any option is available in the portal and they are also not giving me proper information then how can i approach and whom to contact?
