Services Being BARD on my Number

Location/place: Delhi

Name of company/service: VODAFONE

This is My number 8860349966.

I have given new Address to Vodafaone Agent Rohit and he is saying that he has updated the same,But the Customer care agent is telling that still the OLD address exist,hence the verification will be done at the OLD Address only.

And my services are being BARD.

My New address is:-C-49,4th Floor ,Old Gobindpura,Parwana Road,Gurudwara Gali,New Delhi 110051

I have reported complain on June/14 Still i have not heard from anyone:-

Hi All,

Do you People have any Idea that I’m a CORPORATE EMPLOYEE, I’m not a Normal roadside customer.

How Simply you people can BARD my services.

At First when I Planned to take your number my ADDRESS was 27/15 radheyshyam Park,Parwana Road Krishna Nagar,New Delhi,After 2 days i got shifted to a new home as my landlord got Bankrupt. Fine I understand i got negative Verification.

Then On JUNE 18th I Provided my New Address to Vodafone Agent Rohit here at HCL.My New Address is :-

C-49,4th Floor ,Old Gobindpura,Parwana Road,Gurudwara Gali,New Delhi 110051.

And your Representative came to my Home Confirmed with My Sister ANSHIKA SINGH. Then how the HELL you can give me Negative verification.

When i called your Call Centre the agent is telling that my Address is not Updated that’s the reason the Verification is failed, Is This is my responsibility to update the Address on your Records. When i already provided the Address to the AGENT is supposed to do the work then why the Heck I’m Blamed for Fine then i asked for the supervisor He came up with a new reason for the Negative Verification reason he said that my Sister Anshika Singh who was at home at that point of time was unable to give the SIM number to the sales agent that’s the reason I got negative Verification

Now you People tell me a Person can remember the Phone Number who Remembers the SIM number?

Trust me Your SERVICES are PATHETIC. I had a Client call which i was unable to TAKE because of you people. STOP giving LAMENTABLE services to people.

You People can only make FAKE promises, Till i didn’t had a number you people were running after me and now what are doing with ME?

Either i want the SERVICES to be started by Tomorrow AND Verification can be done at my new address. Or I Don’t want your Services just CLOSE this Number.

It’s almost 2 years working with HCL,Im Shift Lead over here, I need to Interact with Client, I need to check with every team Members.

You People cant Provide me the services Shut Down the services, I will go with AIRTEL Corporate over here in HCL.

I’m repeating it,If you people cant start my services by tomorrow just close the number I have made extra payment keep it with you.Im Least Bothered if you people work on SATURDAY or SUNDAY. You have Spoiled my FRIDAY.I have to give answers to my TRACK LEAD.

Trust me Terrible Piteous service. You People have Mentally Harassed me lot.

Now I’m thinking why people Opt for AIRTEL not for VODAFONE over here .Because your such BRILLIANT Services for a CORPORATE EMPLOYEE.
