The line diconnection of my Tata indicom number

Name of company/service: Tata Indicom

Hi
I have a Tata Indicom mobile number 9239419476 using since more than 5 years.Suddenly the conncetion is disconnected by the company. I have written email to cutomer care. They are saying different things that I have multiple connection in my name that is why it is got discoonected and again they are saying the address is not verified. All of which are not true. They are encouraging to take a new docomo number which does not solve my problem. I have emails of the reply of the customer care as proof. Kindly help to recover the number as it is widely used by me.

    As per our records we found that your number is permanently disconnected due to negative documentation verification on 08-NOV-12 and same number cannot be provided to you.

    Further, kindly purchase a new connection alternatively.
