The 2nd Hand Nokia Mobile sold in a new box

Location/place: Banagalore

Name of company/service: Croma, Kormangala, Banagalore

I bought Nokia X7-00 and it stopped working in 1 day. Then I went to Croma store as it was in a Warrenty Period, but it is going to be 15 Days and is told to me that Its not in their hand, until and unless Nokia company dont reply them.
Seriously I am fed up off their activities as they kept the mobile and no any responses is there from their side.
They know that I am a working Employee so I cant come on Weekdays and whenever I go on Weekends, they say that they have sent a mail and within this week reply is going to come. This is happening since two weeks. Please guide me what action can I take.
