Television Problem faced on 1st Day and dealer is not Considering it.

We bought a new VIDEOCON Television from KHUSHI Electronics & Electricals on 8th of July 2012. On the same day when we bring the television at home, we found that the color of television is not getting displayed. As per the service man of Videocon, IC needs to be replaced to get the problem resolved. But we are not agreed to replace IC in just one week. We want to get the TV replaced by the new one of same model. But the dealer is not agreeing to replace the TV.
I hope our problem would be resolved by your help as soon as possible.
