Telephone Call from Delhi High Court 420 Criminal Charges

Dear All,

Today one Hindi Accent Lady stated in English to me that We are calling from Delhi High Court. There is one criminal 420 case failed against you case file number 70XX/14. We do not have any information about what case and who failed against you for that you need to contact Advocate Yadav. His telephone Number is 09643217965. I got the call from +91-9643218018.

I just google their phones, surprised same phone called received by several people and while check this in Truecaller it also says many marked this number as spam.

Both Numbers are from Bihar and same area not from Delhi!

It looks very suspicious to me. Please comments down if you received similar calls.

I believe this is a simple telemarketing call, want to trap people in.

If you got the same call please do not panic, just ignore!! if some one actually be filed against you, you will get a summon or letter not a phone call, advised from advocate friend.

    i got same call from +91-9643497190 safter ignored this i searched this number in google that time i got this complaint forum. now i happy and mind relaxed thank you

    i too got that call from 09643217965 and 09643217961, i asked to send the summon to my mail-id, yet there is no response, lets see what they are trying to do.

    I also got a call from the same number 09643217961 and 09643217765. There is one criminal 420 case failed against you (case file number 70XX/14). We do not have any information about what case and who filed against you for that you must to contact Advocate Yadav.

    Its competely fraud and they are calling to cheat people by giving such nonsense information which is not true atall. They are doing this to get money from the people who is not aware of these things. Its a team working under this to trap people and get money.

    I just scolded them and filed a complaint against it. So if you also get a call similar like this don’t get scared or panic just scold them and avoid.
