Refund against the cancelled ticket,,PNR No: ARGUYH, AQEXVD and BEVAWG.
A discussion was made between me & jet Airways customer care executive. I requested him for refund thru Mail and verbal also ,as soon as possible because my credit card due date was nearby and I was informed that I will be refunded the money with cutting a Lump-sum Rs.1900/ticket per person,which I agreed upon but —-
A mail was received from jet Airways end on 12th Aug’14 stating that
“With regard to your mail, please be advised that our contact center has forwarded a request for the refund of Sar4360.00 for pnr ARGUYH, Sar1364.00 for pnr AQEXVD and Sar2840.00 for PNR BEVAWG back on the credit card on 12th Aug14. “but —
I received only Rs. 22,200.33 against PNR- AQEXVD and Rs. 44205.53 against PNR- BEVAWG,which was not meeting the promises made by your customer care executive.
Meanwhile I have received a call from my Credit card issuing bank about my due of Rs. 83,008.91 against PNR-ARGUYH which is not even credited to my card till date and was told that i may have to pay penalty for the delay in payment.
So,I called to same customer care executive on this matter who forwarded the call to her senior Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh on 4th Sept’14 and I told the same . Mr. Bhanu Pratap ensured me that I will be getting back my money with penalty within 24 to 48 Hrs,and if I find any inconvenience meanwhile,I can feel free to talk to Mr. Bhanu but status remained the same.
I called once again on 08th Aug’2014 for the same and wanted to talk to Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh ,but my call was put on hold for 45 min. and then was cut without any response from their side.
What should i do for my financial penalty,for their not meeting commitment and my mental harassment in this case.
