I have been using the landline & broadband services of airtel from past 4 years, but from past 6 months the service has become worst . last months i have made the payment to airtel thru cheaque and they have credit the mount in wrong account and disconnected my connection for non payment, i have given them the payment details 20 days earlier and from then i have been receiving 15 calls every day for payment.I got fedup with people and asked them to disconnect the connection which they have not done till date and i been harshed for payment every day. I need to file a case against them for the inconvience and mental harassment caused for Airtel ltd
