regarding balance deductions in the name of service activation

Name of company/service: tata docomo

i had recharged my account atleast 6 or 7 times but everytime my balance was deducted as soon as i recharged my account.whenever i talked to the customer care executive they told me that some service has been activated.i immediately removed the service.next day when i saw the balance it was again zero..i again called them but they told me some other service is been activated.i told them again to remove..and this process i repeated atleast 6-7 times.lastly when i told the care executive to put my complaint then he refused and cut the call..agian when i called the lines were busy..i dont know how..next day i called the executive and told about the matter..he put y complaint and told me that all the services have been removed and i got the msg also..but after some hours my balance was again deducted..i agained called there then a girl executive was on call..i was telling her..whwn i insisted to refund my whole balance..she immediately cut my call and put all the lines busy..i dont know how these damn services are activated..as i have been usuing this no. only for internet..always the sim card is in the dongle…..and the care executives are really bad in nature..continuosly misbehaving with the customers they are ridicluous.
