I am using phone no. 01552-268281 that is malfunctioning for last two months. I have lodged complaints against it many time. Every time I have been given a Dockit no. which was removed from database without correcting my phone. So I am not able to use it from past two months. When I contacted its officials with Hanumangarh Junction (Rajasthan) concerned officials they said that it will be corrected today but still after talking with them for 8-10 times I am waiting for my phone’s correct function. I think that no bill should be paid for the given period by me.
