since last 3 month i am trying to submit my new telephone connection form for which jto has made a local rule that you have to take feseabilty report from the local line man
which reside in nearby village and normaly come in afternoon in his office at utarlai after contacting him i was denied that we can provide any connection to you
now what can i do as i am in need of broadband and telephone connection i am feeling helpless as there is ony 100 – 150 mtrs distance from there dp to my house
please guide me what to do on this
