technical problem in bajaj cooler no response from technician

Respected sir,
I bring to your kind information that, i sahanshir pal singh want to submit my complaint against the company of Bajaj. My cooler model no.2016 glaciar which i brought from showroom on14/04/2013. After 1.5 month cooler had some technical problem after that i called up to company number.My first complaint was on 4 june complaint no is 2712105.after complaint there was no response.Than after 16 days i called up again and complaint no. Is 2787816.till the date there is no response from company’s technician. I m in very trouble please take a serious step against the baja company.
