Credit card payment

Hi,
I had a HSBC credit card. I had taken a loan on that card so that the loan account number was also linked with the card. I have made all the payment against my card and informed them several times to make the whole payment againt individual account no and card no, but from the bank they have made the payment against card only and kep the outstanding amount as credit in my card. Since they did not made the payment againt my loan account they added late charges several times against my card.

Please help me to close this..
