I have been using my current tatasky connection since Dec 2009.
Tatasky added the Active Fun learning pack in Dec 2010 without my consent & kept charging me without my knowledge.
Recently in April they have again activated Active games & started charging me.
This is when I got to know that 2 Active channels were added in my account without my consent. I called the call center & after arguing for more than 30 mins they took a complaint & called me back.
The recently added channel was reverted back but the channel that was added in Dec 2010 was not reverted back.
The executive who talked to me said that I should have known it, but fact is that these channels neven appear in the internet account, they also do not appear while calling the IVR.

After arguing for some time the call center executive disconnected the phone.
I have recorded all the conversation on my phone.
How can I put a consumer case & highlight this cheating done by the company.
