Hi,
I had made a payment of Rs422 for my Tata Docomo postpaid connection on 6th May 2014 through PayTM website. I got a confirmation message from PayTM that the bill payment was successful. After 3 days of payment, I realized that I never got a confirmation from Docomo regarding the same. So I contacted the docomo service center and was told that they did not recieve any payment. So I raised a complaint in PayTM seeking clarification. After several follow-ups, I was informed by PayTM that they’ve got a confirmation from Docomo that the payment was recieved from them.
So I raised a complaint at Docomo, and after a month of repeated follow-up, I’m informed that Docomo Bill Desk never recieved the payment. On top of that, I’m getting collection calls daily, twice in a day, to pay the outstanding due.
I don’t know which system is faulty, but I’m the one who is getting tortured/harrased daily by Docomo for the same. Even after repeatedly informing Docomo that a complaint is raised, still I get calls from collections.
I seek your help. Please help me in resolving this issue as neither party is willing to Co-orporate and willing to fix this issue.
