Regarding: Complaint against your TATADOCOMO outlet

Yesterday I went to your 4 outlets in Bangalore to make bill payment but every time when I visit over there they said server is very slow we cannot take cash payment. They suggested me to pay online. But I won’t trust online. This is really embarrassing and really felt bad and very worst kind of servicing from your END (Especially from the outlet executives).
The last time @ 7:30 PM 16 th FEB 2013 I visited to your TATADOCOMO out let in following address: Site No. 44, Shop No.2, Near Kamakhya Theatre, Opposite Bts Bus Stand, 1st Cross, Banashankari 3rd Stage, Bangalore – 560085
There your executive said the same thing for my query i.e. server low. I asked him to give your higher authority number / manager number he said I only the manager and I only the supervisor here. He behaved rudely and insulted me in front of everyone in out let. And he doesn’t know how to interact with customers. He used so many singular words saying (Go and do what- ever you want, go get lost etc…). After getting all those humiliations from that executive, from there only I called to your photon+ help line number when I was speaking he simply switched off lights of outlet and closed the door. I was standing and speaking over phone to your executive. Even though he closed the door and he insulted and harrsed me in front of everyone. Even after providing all the necessary documents and making monthly bill payments (for Limited or usage) promptly I have to go thru all these humiliations from your END. I am deeply disappointed by the service of the above mentioned TATADOCOMO outlet. Your help line executives couldn’t solve my problems and said to wait for 4 hours regarding this.
Even now I too know how to revert back for you people. I’m going to lodge a complaint regarding this in police station. My father is a JUDGE even we to know who to handle all these humiliations. Now let see who will stop me. I will bring him court and as well as to police station. Monday I have registered a complaint of harassment regarding your outlet and that executive. Today (19 th feb 2013) i got call from your higher authority saying that complaint will be moving to higher authority and you will get apologise from that executive but after disconnecting that call from higher authority the complaint status as closed.Even i got a message from that higher authority saying the complaint as been closed. This is very interesting …!!!!
