I am writing this complaint to let you know my concern regarding
advertisement by Samsung Company in the nation news paper THE TIMES
OF INDIA dated 19.02.2013 for Samsung Galaxy Grand at 12 months EMI
with ZERO processing fee.
I am very excited to see this advertisement and ready to buy this product.
In order to get more information about this I visited there site and
for further to information to this advertisement I sent SMS to their
respective outlet and get confirmation about this scheme.
Despite of all this effort when we call to the store to buy this
product there store person says that there is no such offer at all.
When we refer the advertisement publish by the company in the news
paper. He mention that this advertisement is wrong and published by
mistake.
It is very disappointing that how come such well organized company
make such blunder and misguide people in such a mass level.
I am sure that I am not only potential customer get affect such kind
of miss guiding information and waste peoples valuable time and
effort.
I would like to know, is there any provision in law to punish or take
legal action to force abandon such false advertising.
